Before heading out on holiday, you may have checked your ID three times without realizing that you were taking a whole group of little companions along.
They do not need tickets or take up seats. Some are fitted into your bag, some are hidden inside your phone, and others are built into the phone case you are holding right now.
Before you start searching through your bag—we are talking about magnets.
Can you already picture a phone snapping onto a magnetic power bank with a satisfying click?
The magnet says, “Got it. Next, please.”
A drone takes off, its camera rising above the crowds to capture distant mountains and the sea.
The magnets in its motor say, “You enjoy the view. We will help keep things turning.”
Back home, you settle onto the sofa as a robot vacuum passes your feet.
The magnets in its motor say, “Sure, take a break. I will carry on working somewhere else.”
Small in size, but with plenty of jobs to do. They usually stay out of sight, yet they are part of everyday life in more ways than you might expect.
These little companions have their own challenges before they can get to work.
Too large, and they will not fit. A poor match, and the magnetic attachment will not feel right. Inside a motor, magnetic properties, operating temperature, and the method of securing them all need careful consideration.
They may all look like simple magnets, but there is a lot to get right before they are ready for the job.
That is where our story begins.
Since starting in Shenzhen in 2006, we have gradually built a manufacturing system covering magnet machining, electroplating, and magnetic assemblies. For twenty years, we have focused on one question: how can these little components do their jobs better in our customers’ products?
This holiday, it is finally time for the team behind the scenes to step into the spotlight.

01 What MSUPER Sets Out to Do
When you first hear our Chinese brand name, which evokes a magnetic superhero, you might picture someone with magnetic superpowers.
The name leaves room for imagination, but our purpose is practical: understand the customer’s application, make the magnet well, and help it perform the right role in the product.
MSUPER is a brand under the Ailiyou Group. Shenzhen AIM Magnet, Dongguan Aiyou Technology, and our electroplating factory together form our business and production system. We focus on sintered neodymium iron boron magnets, magnetic assemblies, and custom applications, serving consumer electronics, motors, drones, robots, industrial automation, and other sectors.
Customers come to us with an idea, a drawing, or an unresolved problem. Together, we explore workable solutions through magnet shape, dimensions, magnetic properties, coating, magnetization direction, and assembly method.
Connecting customers’ ideas with manufacturing capabilities is part of our everyday work at MSUPER.
02 Starting in Shenzhen and Building Experience into Products
Shenzhen AIM Magnet Co., Ltd. was established in 2006.
Our twenty-year story began with entering the market, learning about materials, and understanding the needs of different customers.
After working with magnets for a while, you discover that the question “How much does this magnet cost?” often comes with many others. Where will it be installed? What is the operating temperature? What materials surround it? How much holding force is required? How will it be assembled later?
Answering those questions well requires a deeper understanding of manufacturing.
In 2008, we established a neodymium magnet production facility of approximately 400 square meters in Shajing, Shenzhen.
Moving from trading into production meant that our team began working directly with machining processes, product inspection, and delivery. A magnet was no longer simply a model in a catalog. It was a product we had to make carefully and deliver to the customer.
From 2010 to 2011, we expanded into international business, established an electroplating factory in the western Shenzhen electroplating industrial zone, and obtained ISO 9001 quality management system certification.
Magnet machining, surface treatment, and quality management gradually became connected, creating a more complete manufacturing chain.
In 2014, production moved into a dedicated industrial park of approximately 5,000 square meters.
As our facilities expanded, we continued improving our management system, product quality, and product range so that different processes could work together more smoothly.
In 2018, our production base relocated to Humen, Dongguan, and Dongguan Aiyou Magnetic Technology Co., Ltd. was established.
From Shenzhen to Dongguan, our team continued building manufacturing experience while improving production capacity and quality.
We followed this path one step at a time: learning about materials, establishing production, adding electroplating, expanding our facilities, and moving into more applications.
03 Products Keep Changing and So Do We
Over the past twenty years, phone accessories have continued to evolve, magnetic wireless charging has become part of everyday life, and drones, robots, and smart devices have found their way into more settings.
Small magnets have evolved alongside these products.
In 2022, we added equipment to expand capacity, including multi-wire saws, high-precision laser cutting equipment, machines for custom shapes, and automated magnet assembly equipment.
These investments support a wider variety of shapes, more complex machining requirements, and the manufacture and assembly of magnetic components.
In 2024, the MSUPER brand was launched.
We wanted this name to communicate the manufacturing experience we had built over the years. When customers think of magnets, we hope they also think of a team ready to discuss applications, product structures, and delivery with them. Our people work hard, keep striving to improve, and put care into what they do. They want to bring a superhero spirit to teamwork and service, and to make powerful magnets that help customers create excellent products.
In 2025, we upgraded our digital management systems, including ERP, MES, WMS, CRM, and OA.
From production scheduling and warehouse management to customer communication and internal collaboration, we continue improving the flow of information so that project progress, production status, and quality management are clearer and easier to control.
04 The Problems We Can Help Solve
For consumer electronics such as wireless charging products, magnets can support Hall-effect sensing, magnetic positioning, and assembly.
Motor customers focus on dimensional precision, magnetic properties, operating temperature, rotor structure, and methods of securing the magnets.
Customers in robotics, drones, and industrial automation need to meet power, weight, and operating requirements within limited space.
For smart home products, 3C electronics, and other applications, magnets may have a specific role in connecting, securing, sensing, or working with other components in an assembly.
Different applications call for different qualities in a good magnet. Its suitability can only be judged in the context of the actual product.
That is why the principle MSUPER aims to follow over the long term is simple:

05 Discovering Small Sources of Strength This Holiday
From our start in Shenzhen in 2006 to establishing a factory, adding electroplating, expanding our facilities, relocating to Dongguan, and continuing with capacity expansion, a brand launch, and digital upgrades, every step has centered on the same purpose:
